What is the Return Policy?

Return policy

An “agree to store policies” checkbox is a method of protecting your business.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any canceled orders. This fee includes the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it in our inventory.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping fee was paid, it will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not charge for return shipping.

We have two shipping methods available: Express, which guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 business days at a fee of $50.00 USD, and Standard, with a delivery time of 3 to 4 business days. But that's not all – we also want to reward our loyal customers. That's why all our shipments are free for orders over $2000 USD. Yes, you heard it right!
