Return Policy

At Mr. Alex Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Please review our return conditions below:

  • Return Window: We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom & Personalized Items (Non-Returnable): > Please note that custom-made jewelry, rings made to a specific size, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact us at info@mralexjewelry.com to initiate the request.

  2. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  3. Note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

  4. Returns should be mailed to: 20 NE 1ST, MIAMI, FL, 33132.

Fees & Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations. This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. While we provide a return label, any initial shipping fees paid will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@mralexjewelry.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
