  3. Carrier: All our shipments are handled by FedEx, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

  4. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  5. International Shipping: Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  6. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real time with FedEx.

  7. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  8. Delays: Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

  10. Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any canceled orders. This fee includes the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it in our inventory.
  11. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping fee was paid, it will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not charge for return shipping.
