Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items (Custom & Personalized)
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Custom-designed jewelry or special orders made specifically for you.

Rings made to a specific size (custom sizing).

Engraved items: Any piece of fine jewelry that has been personalized with a custom engraving.

Modified items: Any jewelry that has been altered or resized after the initial purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us at info@mralexjewelry.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs of processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it in our inventory.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping fee was paid at the time of purchase, it will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge an additional fee for the return shipping label itself.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@mralexjewelry.com.
